:USEE USEE United States Exploring Expedition ) Wednesday announced that Dr. Erkin Sidick, Ph.D. is joining their staff as director of Production and Research and Development effective Jan. 1, 2000.

Sidick received his M.S. degree in Physics at the California State University Enrollment

Sidick identified and eliminated sources that cause cosmetic problems in coatings and developed various preventive maintenance and operation procedures. He also designed and built a small size lock-in amplifier system to be used in a vacuum machine optical monitoring system.

With all of his experience in microphysics and his many years as an instructor and lecturer in the engineering department of several colleges, he brings to us a unique combination of physics and engineering. As director of Production, he will also be in charge of Quality Control for all products ensuring a high degree of quality of ColorMax(R) Lenses.
