Body Wash With Suga Quat S-1210

PROCEDURE:
Heat phase A to 75[degrees]C. Add phases B, C and D.
Combine phase E; heat to solubilize fragrance.
Add to the batch. Cool to 35[degrees]C and add remaining
phases. Adjust viscosity.

Lab control: Adjust viscosity to 5K cps
pH: 5.7
Viscosity: 5,000 cps- RVT #4 @ 20 rpm

Hair Conditioner with Ginseng Herbamilk

PROCEDURE:

Heat phase A and phase B separately to 75[degrees]C.
Add phase A to phase B and stir. Allow to cool
to 35[degrees]C. Add phase C while stirring gently.
Allow to cool to 30[degrees]C. Add phase D while stirring
gently. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Emollient Syndet Bar

PROCEDURE:

Melt Mackamide CMA and cetyl alcohol (65-70[degrees]C).
Hold temperature and with a Patterson
mixer, slowly add Mackol CAS-100SG, Global
Plus and titanium dioxide. Dilute lactic acid
(Approximately 1.4%) in remaining water and
slowly add the batch until the pH is 5.5-6.0.
Add fragrance and preservative. Blend until the
mixture is homogenous. Mill and extrude.

COMMENTS:
The finished bar provides excellent lather and
a smooth moisturizing feel to the skin.

Ringing Gel

PROCEDURE:
Heat ceteareth-20 to 80[degrees]C with gentle mixing.
Add the remaining ingredients of phase A, one
at a time, maintaining temperature at 70[degrees]-80[degrees]C.
Keep the mixer covered. Use a closed
mixing vessel and nitrogen gas to make the
head space of the mixer inert. Increase agitation.
In a separate vessel, combine and heat
phase B to 80[degrees]C with gentle mixing. Add phase
B to phase A. Pour slowly and maintain temperature.
Stir phase B occasionally during the
addition. Continue to use strong mixing with
scraping and dispersing actions in the main
mixer. As phase B is added, the batch will
become increasingly thick and waxy. It may be
necessary to add phase B in increments. After
the addition is complete, mix for an additional
10 minutes. Discontinue heating and nitrogen
and cool gradually while mixing.

Stability: stable for at least one month at 50[degrees]C.

PROCEDURE:
Disperse U-Care in the water phase, then heat
to 70[degrees]C. Add the remaining ingredients of
phase A. Combine separately the ingredients of
phase B and heat to 70[degrees]C. Add to phase A while
mixing. Add phase C to A, B and mix well until
a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add D and
E at 40][degrees]C; mix until uniform.

PROPERTIES:
pH: 6.0-6.5
Stability: 45[degrees]C- 3 months

PROCEDURE:

Introduce Carbopol SF-1 solution into water.
Add Rhodapex ES-2 and Geropon SBFA, stir
gently until homogeneous. Adjust pH to 6.5
with sodium hydroxide (18%) to develop viscosity.
Add Miranol Ultra C-32, Mirasil DME-30
KCG and Mirasheen CP-820/G. Add preservative,
Crovol A70, Hydroveg VV, Panthenol, vitamin
E acetate, Alkamuls CRH-40/C and perfume.
Drop pH with citric acid to 5.5.

Properties:
Appearance: pearlescent
pH: 5.7
Viscosity (at 20[degrees]C): 5,400 mPa.s
Stability: stable for three months at 45[degrees]C
