* CT Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgical Associates PC has leased 3,431 s/f of medical office space at 501 Kings Highway East in Fairfield from Fischel Properties.

* Coastal, Inc. has purchased a 4,395 s/f of industrial building at 14 Marion Avenue in Milford for a purchase price of $425,000.

* Cable Resources has leased 3,500 s/f of space at 265 Asylum Street in Bridgeport from the Griffith Company.

* Value Dry Basement Technologies, Inc. has leased 1,736 s/f of space at 1380 Seaview Avenue in Bridgeport from the Casey Roofing. David S. Gorbach, SIOR represented the owner and Joel Hausman represented the tenant.

* The sale of a 8,838 s/f industrial building at 53 Hancock Avenue in Stratford for $440,000. David S. Gorbach, SIOR represented the sellers and Jason Peligri represented the purchaser in this transaction.
