* Planned Furniture Promotions, Inc. has leased 40,000 s/fof warehouse space at 380 Horace Street in Bridgeport. David S. Gorbach, SIOR SIOR Society of Industrial and Office Realtors
SIOR Specialist, Industrial and Office Real estate represented the landlord and Bill Wiehl represented the tenant.

* Majestic Gifts, Inc. has leased 22,730 s/f of industrial space at 35 Benham Avenue in Bridgeport. Gorbach was the sole broker.

DRS Department of Rehabilitation Services Fermont has leased 14,824 s/f of industrial space at 380 Horace Street in Bridgeport. Gorbach represented the landlord and Fred Frassinelli of AMS AMS - Andrew Message System represented the tenant.

* Computer Resolutions, Inc. has leased 5,100 s/f of office space within One Reservoir Corporate Center at 4 Research Drive in Shelton. Gorbach was the procuring broker and Kevin Foley

* Clearwater Industries has leased 4,500 s/f of space at 415 Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton. Gorbach was the sole broker.

* Medical Billing Services has leased approximately 4,000 s/f of office space at 101 Merritt Boulevard in Trumbull from Field Brothers. Gorbach represented the tenant and Kevin Foley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

* Centro Company, Inc. has leased 2,872 s/f of industrial space at 249 Asylum Street in Bridgeport. Gorbach was the sole broker.
