Colonial Realty announced the following sales:

* Mountain Development Corp. has purchased approximately 5 acres of land at Lot 22, Constitution Boulevard in Shelton, Connecticut from MTM, Inc. for $600,000. Mountain Development plans to develop the site in the near future. David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction.

* VR, LLC has purchased a 63,000 s/f industrial building at 235 Williston Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut from The George Kaufman LP for $800,000. VR plans to use the facility for storage. David Gorbach was the sole broker in this transaction.

* 2M Group has purchased a 15,050 s/f facility at 2415 Reservoir Avenue in Trumbull, Connecticut from Guida Dairy for $2,250,000. David Gorbach represented the purchaser and Richard Abo of Dow & Condon Colliers represented the seller in this transaction.

* NutriScience Innovations, LLC has purchased a 4,431 s/f building at 2450 Reservoir Avenue in Trumbull Connecticut from CSB, LLC for $700,000. David Gorbach represented the seller and Chris Holroyd of Vidal Wettenstein represented the purchaser in this transaction.

* AGL, Inc. has purchased a 1,221 s/f building at 118 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk, Connecticut from G&N, LLC for $435,000. Gorbach represented the purchaser in this transaction.
