Colonial Downs Holdings Inc. Will Announce Strategic Plan in 60 Days.


NEW KENT, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 21, 1998--(Nasdaq: CDWN) After the monthly Virginia Racing Commission meeting today Jeffery P.
