Colonial Data Technologies files registration statement with Securities and Exchange Commission for share offering.

NEW MILFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 1995--Colonial Data Technologies Corp. (AMEX Symbol: CDT) announced today that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a public offering of 2,200,000 shares of common stock, of which 1,500,000 shares will be offered by the company and 700,000 will be offered by certain selling stockholders.

The offering will be managed by First Albany Corp., NatWest Securities Ltd. and Volpe, Welty & Co.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
