For the three months ended Dec. 31, 1994, revenues were $13,439,000 up 114 percent as compared to $6,292,000 for the same period last year. Net income for the quarter increased 254 percent to $1,534,000, or $0.12 per share, compared with $433,000 or $.04 per share, a year earlier. The weighted average common and common equivalent shares outstanding were 13,254,972 and 11,202,572 for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1994 and 1993, respectively. Revenues for the year ended Dec. 31, 1994 reached a record of $36,829,000, an increase of 111 percent, as compared with $17,439,000 for the same period last year. Net income for 1994 was $3,578,000, or $0.30 per share, up 224 percent from 1993 net income of $1,103,000, or $0.10 per share. The weighted average common and common equivalent shares outstanding were 11,805,992 and 10,910,480 for the year ended Dec. 31, 1994 and 1993, respectively.
