), announced today the formation of a new subsidiary, G-tel Corp., through the purchase of assets and assumption of liabilities from G-Communications, Inc., a California-based company engaged in the development and distribution of high-end telecommunications products primarily in the retail and international marketplaces. The Company appointed the former senior managers of G-Communications, Hans C. Smarius, President, and Romie K. Sidabras, Executive Vice President, to equivalent positions in G-tel.
