HAWTHORNE, N.J. -- Colonial Commercial Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: "CCOM," "CCOMP") today announced that its Universal Supply Group, Inc. subsidiary has joined Controls Group North America's ("CGNA") growing national network of controls distributors.

Controls Group North America is an association of companies that distribute and supply HVAC systems and products to the industrial, residential and commercial markets. The CGNA management team supports its members with electronic catalog and web-based inventory sharing systems, and with financial, technological and marketing services.
