Colonial Commercial Corp. Announces Its Appointment as a Sales Representative for Fedders North America's Appliance Division.

HAWTHORNE, N.J. -- Colonial Commercial Corp. ("Colonial") (OTC Bulletin Board: "CCOM," "CCOMP") announced today that its Goldman Universal Division has been appointed a non-exclusive sales representative for Fedders room air conditioners and through-the-wall air conditioners in the New York metropolitan area, Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern Connecticut. The Company established this division earlier this month for sales of appliances to dealer groups and appliance stores. The division also distributes Speed Queen washers and dryers.
