Colonial Commercial Corp. Announces Independent Industry Consultant as Guest Speaker at Its June 15th Annual Meeting.

HICKVILLE, N.Y. -- Colonial Commercial Corp. ("Colonial") (OTC Bulletin Board: "CCOM," "CCOMP")announced today that well known industry consultant John Sedgwick will be a guest speaker at Colonial's annual stockholder meeting to be held on June 15th, 2005. Mr. Sedgwick is a private consultant and instructor to many manufacturers and distributors in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning ("HVAC") industry.

Mr. Sedgwick spent 30 years working for Honeywell Inc. where he held various executive positions. Mr. Sedgwick represented Honeywell at the Northamerican Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Wholesalers Association ("NHRAW"). He received a special "lifetime achievement" award from NHRAW at its 1997 convention in recognition of his support of the industry and of his role as "Defender of Two-Step Distribution."

He was recognized for excellence in human resource management by his peers and subordinates in 1985 when he received the Honeywell Lund Award. In 1990, the Honeywell Black Forum recognized Mr. Sedgwick for his leadership and contribution to cultural diversity at Honeywell. He has also received recognition from industry associations including the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society.

In 1997, Mr. Sedgwick formed Applied Learning Associates Midwest, a training and consulting company specializing in sales and marketing in the HVAC industry.

Mr. Sedgwick will discuss industry trends and their effect upon wholesalers and manufacturers within the industry.
