Colonial BancGroup increases quarterly dividends.

.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 1995--Colonial BancGroup Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President Robert E. Lowder announced today that the company has raised its quarterly dividends to shareholders for the fifth consecutive year.

Colonial BancGroup's board of directors voted to increase its quarterly dividends from $.20 per share of Class A common stock to $.22-1/2 cents per share Cents per share
