Colombian Uchuva.

Decas Cranberry Products has added the ultra high-fiber Uchuva superfruit from Colombia to its dried fruit ingredient offerings. Otherwise known as Golden-berry or Cape Gooseberry, the sweetened dried fruit has three times more fiber than a similar serving of prunes. One 40-gram serving of sweetened dried Colombian Uchuva delivers 40% of the daily fiber requirement based on a 2000-calorie reference diet. Uchuva has a unique, sweettangy flavor and will most likely be found as an ingredient in trail mixes and nutrition bars.
