Collins Enterprises to manage Hudson Park.

Collins Enterprises, LLC, announced the choice of Lincoln Property Company to lease and manage Hudson Park, a new, luxury, two-building, 266-residence rental apartment complex.

Hudson Park is the first new ground-up housing built on Yonkers' waterfront in 30 years.

Lincoln Property Company, based in Dallas, Texas with a regional office in Jersey City, NJ, currently manages a total of thirty-three properties in the Mid-Atlantic region, representing well over 10,000 apartment units.
