Colliers cooks up Restaurant package at 330 Fifth Avenue.


In an expansion move, Restaurant Associates, the prominent Manhattan-based restaurant and catering business operator, has sublet sub·let

 the entire 5th floor comprising over 13,000 s/f of space at 330 Fifth Avenue for its new corporate headquarters.

The firm, which pioneered the concept of themed restaurants back in the 1950's, was formerly located at the Bar Building at 36 West 44th Street.
