Colliers ABR arranges Conde Nast expansion.


Adding to an impressive spate of leasing activity at the building, publishing giant Conde Nast has just signed a lease for 107,000 square feet at 1440 Broadway.

At that time, Colliers represented Max Capital Management Corp. in its purchase of 1440 Broadway after which the new owners named Craig Panzirer, (who represented Max Capital in the purchase), Jim Millard and Peter Occhi exclusive leasing and management agents for the 25-story, 700,000 square-foot office tower. Since then, the team leased more than 400,000 square feet of space and brought four major tenants to the building, among them Internet company About.com and Kaplan Educational Centers.
