Robertson, a renowned expert on U.S.-Japan relations, will be responsible for building Colliers ABR's Japanese practice. Prior to joining CABR CABR - Cabrillo National Monument (US National Park Service) CABR - Capital Asset Budget Request, Robertson was an executive vice president of CBRE Real Estate. He has previously served as an executive managing director of Insignia/ ESG and president at JHA JHA - Japan Hospital Association JHA - Job Hazard Analysis (OSHA) JHA - Justice and Home Affairs. Robertson studied international commercial law commercial law n. all the law which applies to the rights, relations and conduct of persons and businesses engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade, and sales. In recent years this body of law has been codified in the Uniform Commercial Code, which has been almost universally adopted by the states.
