Oneself; itself: self-control. 2. Automatic; automatically: self-loading. and member-promotion and effective community outreach Outreach is an effort by an organization or group to connect its ideas or practices to the efforts of other organizations, groups, specific audiences or the general public. , honoring that chapter with the Benjamin Whitten Collegiate Chapter of the Year Award. The winning chapter will be recognized at the 2007 Collaborative Conference in Toronto, Ontario. March 23-27, 2007, with a plaque plaque (plak) 1. any patch or flat area. 2. a superficial, solid, elevated skin lesion. attachment plaques and $500 award to be used during the following academic year for educational projects. Chapter advisers also receive a $500 award. To be eligible, each chapter should submit a typed annotated list of chapter activities for the 2006-2007 school year. Materials supporting these activities such as programs, invitations, fliers, budget and outcome reports and newspaper articles also should be included. Applications must be postmarked by February 1. 2007, and the finalists will be notified by March 1, 2007.
