Collegiate Pacific Named Exclusive Distributor of Air Chiller Inc.

Collegiate Pacific (AMEX:BOO) today announced that it has executed a long term, Master Distribution Agreement with Air Chiller Inc. to become the national and exclusive distributor of the Air Chiller sports fields cooling systems to the Athletic marketplace.

Michael Blumenfeld, CEO, in discussing the agreement, stated, "This agreement with Air Chiller represents the prototype of transactions that Collegiate Pacific intends to execute - where we can leverage our marketing and sales infrastructure to greatly enhance the visibility of new and exciting product lines.

The Company intends to launch the Air Chiller line in its Spring catalog release slated for early January, in concert with an additional 100 -200 new products that are unrelated to the Sports Cooling line.
