:BOO) announced today that its Board of Directors approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share on the company's common stock for the second quarter of fiscal 2004, which ends on Dec. 31, 2003. This quarterly cash dividend is payable on Jan. 22, 2004, to all stockholders of record on the close of business on Dec. 31, 2003. This is the sixth consecutive quarterly dividend declared by Collegiate Pacific, and will make the total distributions of dividends to common stock holders approximately $600 thousand since the board of directors began authorizing the declaration and payment of quarterly cash dividends.
