Colleges of Worcester Consortium 40th anniversary.


The Colleges of Worcester Consortium Inc. celebrated its 40th anniversary by hosting a dinner reception followed by the presentation of the George I George I, king of Greece
George I, 1845–1913, king of the Hellenes (1863–1913), second son of Christian IX of Denmark. After the deposition (1862) of Otto I, he was elected to succeed on the throne of Greece.
. Alden Awards. Recipients were the Worcester Pipeline Collaborative and the Deaf Studies Program at the College of the Holy Cross The College of the Holy Cross is an exclusively undergraduate Roman Catholic liberal arts college located in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA. Holy Cross is the oldest Roman Catholic college in New England and one of the oldest in the United States. . U.S. Sen. John F. Kerry was keynote speaker. The Consortium, an alliance of 13 area colleges, works cooperatively to further the missions of the member institutions individually and to advance higher education regionally.
