CollegeHire is celebrating its second anniversary and crediting a number of changes over the last year that have helped the company maintain its competitive edge as the premiere leader in college IT recruiting.

Over the last year, CollegeHire moved from its original offices on the campus of Trilogy Inc. into new offices on Sixth Street. CollegeHire also changed its name during its move, shedding its earlier dot-com for its more comfortable identity.

That personal interaction is what prompted CollegeHire's biggest change. In order to recruit the best students, CollegeHire saw a need to recruit the best recruiters. Last spring, the company downsized its staff and launched a massive search to hire the best veterans of the industry. By luring away talent from places such as Dell, Motorola and Deloitte & Touche, CollegeHire grew leaner and four-times more experienced.
