College visit by training champ.THE nation's reigning postgraduate training champion Gill Morris visited Solihull College to inspire staff and students. Yvonne said: "Evidence suggests there are not enough people entering the industry with a high enough standard of customer service. "Our students are trained in all aspects of retail to prepare them for the world of work. They learn how to meet and greet customers, talk to clients and manage relationships with the public."
