Any form of learning provided for adults. In the U.S. the University of Wisconsin was the first academic institution to offer such programs (1904). and Business Development on September 17, 2003 at 5 p.m. in the Student Union building on campus. Participants in the new Academy program will fulfill the necessary 22.5 hours of continuing education credits required by the real estate field every two years for active agents.
