College savings card. (In Brief).

COLLEGE SAVINGS CARD. Citibank is offering a new MasterCard that helps consumers save for college. One percent of the amount of purchases made with the card will be set aside in a special college account. The card, known as the Citi Upromise Card will divert contributions into a tax-advantaged 529 account.
