College leases 57,000 s/f at Two Herald Square.

, which was asking $60 psf for the space, agreed to a substantial work letter for the build-out of the classroom spaces and signage for the college on the building exterior.

"The building drew tremendous interest from several schools," explained David Sitt, a vice president of operations at Sitt Leasing, a division of Sitt Asset Management, who represented the ownership in the lease transaction along with Sitt Leasing President Ralph Sitt.

"Not only are the location and layouts ideal for a school like ASA Institute, but the two floors also offer a unique 'building within a building' opportunity.

"The school's student body and faculty will enjoy the advantages of having a private entrance, lobby and elevator bank."

With campuses in midtown Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn Coordinates:
