As previously announced in an 8-K filing, College Tonight recently completed a reverse merger. In conjunction with the name and symbol change, the company executed a shareholder-approved 1 for 4 reverse split of its common stock and has been trading on a split-adjusted basis under the new symbol since 3-28-08. College Tonight is now in the process of applying for listing on the OTC: Bulletin Board.
