College Recruiting Firm TargetX Enters Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame Following 5th Year of Dramatic Growth.


BRISTOL, Pa. -- What started as a simple idea for communicating with prospective students has led to higher education's most innovative recruiting company -- and the Hall of Fame.
