) announced today that Culver Associates, Ltd. has entered into an agreement to purchase up to seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of College Partnership. Terms of the investment consist of the sale of $4,000,000 in Preferred Series C stock at $1.00 per share in exchange for Culver's cash equivalent media credits.
