., a 150-year old, Philadelphia-based law firm has renewed a lease for 51,000 s/ f at 105 College Road East at College Park at Princeton Forrestal Center.

The firm has been a College Park tenant since 1996. The lease was reported by Vincent Marano, COO (Cell Of Origin) See mobile positioning.  of National Business Parks, managers of College Park.

 leasing executive, Tom Stange represented the landlord, Lawrence Zirinsky Associates in all transactions, also announced that JP Morgan Chase & Co. has leased 4,200 s/f of space at 103 College Road East. They were represented by Seena Stein of Newmark Knight & Frank.
