Mr. Chapman has a wealth of experience in corporate financial management for high growth businesses. He has a proven track record in corporate turnarounds, improving shareholder equity, cost control, total quality management, mergers, acquisitions and finance.

Prior to joining CBSA, Mr. Chapman was CFO for a leading software development company, which he turned from a loss to profitability, leaving with over 283% revenue growth during his four-year tenure. Prior to that, he was Corporate Controller for Productive Data Systems, Inc., an Information Technology (IT) solutions provider to the Telecommunications industry. He took the Company from $50,000 in monthly losses, to generating over $350,000 per month in profits. During his two-year tenure, the Company's annual revenues grew from $18 million to over $50 million, thereby earning the firm a ranking in Inc. Magazine's, "INC 500," a profile of America's fastest growing private companies, for two years running. Prior to working for Productive Data Systems, Mr. Chapman served as Director of Internal Audit for Woodward-Clyde Consultants for a period of four years.

Mr. Chapman Holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University San Diego State University (SDSU), founded in 1897 as San Diego Normal School, is the largest and oldest higher education facility in the greater San Diego area (generally the City and County of San Diego), and is part of the California State University system.  and is a Certified Public Accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
