 BB: GRAD) today announced that Mr. Leonard Chaikind, Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Institutional Investors Consulting Company of Houston, Texas, has been elected to join its Board of Directors.

Mr. Chaikind has accepted the seat vacated by Mr. Harris Ravine, who will take a position on the Company's Board of Advisors.

Mr. Chaikind served with Royal Dutch Shell Royal Dutch Shell plc is a multinational oil company of British and Dutch origins. It is one of the largest private sector energy corporations in the world, and one of the six "supermajors" (vertically integrated private sector oil exploration, natural gas, and petroleum product  and Shell Oil Company, in various capacities for 33 years. He was Administrator of the $12 billion Shell Savings and Retirement Programs and was one of the key founders of the Committee on Investment of Employee Benefit Asset (CIEBA), the largest Corporate Pension Fund Group in the world, and served as Vice Chairman of this group from its beginning until his retirement from Shell.
