Collectors Find Their Perfect Match on A Buck A Trade.

Collectibles Trading Site Offers a Community for Avid Collectors

LOS ANGELES -- A Buck A Trade, the ultimate site for die hard pop culture collectors, today announced the launch of its collectibles trading site at www.abuckatrade.com. Top categories at launch include die cast cars, video games, pins and collector dolls, and among the hottest items currently up for trade are a recalled Cabbage Patch Kids[R] doll, a special edition reproduction 1959 Barbie[R], and two prototype Hot Wheels[R] cars. The site will add more categories over the coming months.

The concept behind A Buck A Trade is simple: collectors list their items for trade online for just $1. Interested parties make offers in trade, the items are exchanged, or if they do not get what they are looking for they may elect to sell the item - either way, it is simple and rewarding. A Buck A Trade seeks to foster the genuine community and enthusiasm of collecting that's lacking at many popular auction sites.

"The Internet has been a great way for collectors to expand the range and scope of their collections," said Kevin Sullivan, co-founder of A Buck A Trade. "This site allows all collectors and special enthusiasts to come together as never before. We are endeavoring to create a community where people who have similar interests trade their collectibles for missing items in their own collection while exploring the wide variety of other collecting options they may not have seen before.

About A Buck A Trade

A Buck A Trade was founded by two collectors who identified the lack of an online global community destination where collectors could come together and trade their items across a wide bandwidth of categories. The company's primary focus is creating a community in which people can trade their collectibles for only US$1.00 per trade. Featured categories at launch include collector dolls, die cast cars, movies, and video games. More categories are slated to be added over the coming months. A Buck a Trade is headquartered in Los Angeles. For more information, and to trade some really cool collectibles, visit www.abuckatrade.com.
