Sheinfeld is charged with expanding the company's operations throughout Canada from the base office in Toronto. He had previously been the Senior Vice President of Outsourcing, Technology and Deployment Services for EDS (Electronic Data Systems, Plano, TX, www.eds.com) Founded in 1962 by H.
