CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals Appoints Paul Lubetkin SVP and General Counsel.

NEWTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 2003

) today announced the appointment of Paul Lubetkin to the newly created position of senior vice president and general counsel, effective immediately. He will oversee all legal affairs at CollaGenex, reporting into Brian M. Gallagher, PhD, chairman, president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Lubetkin joins CollaGenex from PersonalPath Systems, Inc., where he served as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary, prior to which he was vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:REGN) for 10 years. Mr. Lubetkin was previously a partner at Kelly Drye & Warren, where his trial practice focused on corporate litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right.
