) announced today that the companies have entered into a license agreement for the development of prophylactic and therapeutic cancer vaccines combining Coley's CpG immunostimulatory oligonucleotides (oligos) and GlaxoSmithKline's cancer antigens. The agreement, the second GSK-Coley license agreement, provides GSK with a worldwide non-exclusive license to Coley's proprietary CpG immunostimulatory oligos for use as adjuvants in cancer vaccines. In exchange, Coley has received $4 MM in license issue fees and upon the achievement of certain milestones, will receive future payments, as well as license maintenance fees and royalties on products developed through the collaboration. Should cancer vaccines be successfully developed and marketed, Coley will also receive royalties on net sales Net Sales

The amount a seller receives from the buyer after costs associated with the sale are deducted.

Notes:
This amount is calculated by subtracting the following items from gross sales: merchandise returned for credit, allowances for damaged or missing goods, freight
