On March 14, 2000, Cole Computer Corporation ("Cole") entered into a strategic alliance with the Iwill Corporation, http://www.iwillusa.com, a major manufacturer of motherboards and I/O devices for computer systems, for the purpose of network server research and development as well as offering a quality server line to everyone from the general public to the GSA. Three main server units will be designed; an introductory, an intermediate and a high-end system. Each Cole server will feature the Iwill motherboard.
