: CBL) today announced a new lifestyle center addition to CherryVale Mall in Rockford, IL, called "The District at CherryVale." The lifestyle center will feature upscale fashion retailer Coldwater Creek Coldwater Creek is a clothing retailer which is based in Sandpoint, Idaho, United States. The company was founded in 1984 by Dennis Pence. The company had 239 stores in operation at the end of the 2006 fiscal year.[1] Notes

It has port and rail connections.  Food & Brewery, a national bookstore, along with about ten additional first-class stores and dining options to complement the mall. The multi-million dollar project includes the addition and redevelopment of approximately 82,000 square feet of space on the southwest quadrant of CherryVale Mall near the main mall The Main Mall was an outdoor pedestrian shopping plaza in downtown Poughkeepsie, New York, which was in existence from 1973 until 2001. A urban renewal project designed with the intention of stopping the decline of the central business district of downtown Poughkeepsie, the mall  entrance off Perryville Road. Construction will begin in early 2007 and be completed by the fall.
