Coldwall Elects New Board of Directors.

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Bellevue-Washington based Coldwall, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CDWL) is pleased to announce that following the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of October 26, a new Board of Directors has been elected.

As a result of the election the following people now sit on the Coldwall Board of Directors:

Mark Shemtob: President, and co-owner of, and actuary with Abar Pension Services Inc. located in Morris County New Jersey, Mark has more than 25 years of experience as an independent retirement plan consultant. Renowned as an expert in the field, he has written a book (on Social Security reform), teaches pensions at Rutgers University and writes on pension issues for several professional publications. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. He is also an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA. Mark received his B.S. from the State University of New York at Albany and his MA from Columbia University.

Mikel R. Uchitel: Co-owner of and an actuary for Abar Pension Services Inc. He has more than 36 years of experience as a consulting actuary for private companies with a wide range of experience in consulting services which includes design, implementation and maintenance of all kinds of retirement programs, dealing with owners, CEOs, CFOs and Human Resource Departments for thousands of employers in numerous industries. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary under the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries under ERISA. Mikel graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania in 1967, as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Fraternity.

Jesper Dahl: Native of Denmark with a degree in International Business from Kolding Handelsskole (Kolding College). With 19 years in the freight forwarding and shipping business, both in the United Sates in Europe, Mr. Dahl joins the Board with an impeccable background in the industry. He is the founder and owner of Seattle Logistics and Cruise Logistics, a $25 million international and domestic forwarder based in Seattle with stations in Miami, Port Canaveral, Jacksonville, Charlotte and Houston. He is also a partner in TransGroup Worldwide Logistics, a $130 million logistics company based in Seattle with 40 stations throughout the USA and Canada with worldwide reach and representation.

Eduardo Chapuis: He has held different positions in the management of Latin American operations for several US and Brazilian corporations for the last 20 years. In fact, his strong connections in that area, particularly in the shipping industry, have already begun opening doors to some of the largest shippers and producers in the world. Most recently he was engaged in the development of Coldwall Inc.'s activities in Latin America, coordinating technology testing with major key companies. A native of Uruguay, he is also a US citizen. He has lived in Brazil and made his studies at the P.U.C. University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Dr. Jeffrey L. Rush: Coldwall Director from 1999 to 2002. Chairman of Pacific Medical Buildings since 1995. Pacific Medical Buildings is a San Diego based firm specializing exclusively in developing and operating medical office buildings, outpatient facilities and parking structures for hospitals and medical groups which now operates more than 1.8 million square feet of building space. Dr. Rush has served as Chairman of Radiology at Alvarado Hospital in San Diego and was a member of the Physicians Advisory Board of National Medical Enterprises. He founded Mobile MRI Inc. which owns and operates 18 fixed and mobile site magnetic resonance imaging facilities.
