Coldwall Appoints New President.


BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Bellevue, Washington-based Coldwall, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CDWL) announces that it has appointed Kenneth E. Kelley as the new President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and in conjunction Mr. Kelley was also appointed to the Board of Directors of Coldwall.

Mr. Kelley has an engineering degree from the University of Kansas The University of Kansas (often referred to as KU or just Kansas) is an institution of higher learning in Lawrence, Kansas. The main campus resides atop Mount Oread.  and has an extensive background in manufacturing. He was Vice President of Engineering for the Heath Techna Aerospace Co., designing and manufacturing some of the first all-composite components for passenger airliners such as overhead bins and lavatories as well as wing-to-body fairings. He was the founder of Kelley Morrow Enterprises specializing in the design and manufacture of interior components.

The Company also announces that the employment of former President and CEO, Robert Dale Lieutenant Robert Dale (1812–20 July 18531) was the first European explorer to cross the Darling Range in Western Australia.

Robert Dale was born in England in October 1812.
