The 425,219+/- sq. ft. facility is located on 25+/- acres of land. There are 70,225+/- sq. ft. of office space, and 354,994+/- sq. ft. of manufacturing space, with 30 to 50 ft. clearance to the bottom of the roof joists. There are 20+/- overhead cranes located throughout the facility. The building is well maintained and has good access to all major transportation routes.
