NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 15, 1995--Coinmach Corporation announced today that it has issued (i) an additional $15,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 11 3/4% Senior Notes due 2005 ("Senior Notes") in a Rule 144A Rule 144A
