Cohesant Technologies Acquires Triton Insitutech.


INDIANAPOLIS -- Cohesant Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:COHT) today announced that it has completed the purchase of the operations and assets of Triton Insitutech, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
