This agreement allows trading partners to work together and exchange data more effectively through e-marketplaces, supporting intelligent buying decisions and efficient business processes.

Through this collaboration, the Netfish XDI(TM) system's transactional and business process integration capabilities will work together with Cohera's powerful E-Catalog System(TM). The result provides an environment for viewing catalog information and process transactions online by integrating the product selection and purchase with the buyer's internal ERP and legacy systems. Leveraging complementary strengths, the combined technologies support value-added services, such as supply chain management, logistics coordination and order fulfillment, while delivering the e-marketplace's dynamic e-catalog.
