Cohen woos second trader to upgraded 805 Third Ave.


It appears that Wall Street, where space is scarce, or the Avenue of Americas midtown corridor, where rents are pricey, aren't the only viable options for space users seeking Class A facilities for their Manhattan trading floor operations.

, which has leased 30,000 square feet comprising the building's entire 19th floor and a portion of the 18th floor. Those improvements, together with floor plates of 23,800 s/f and rents ranging in the mid-70's to 80's, has caught the attention of both the trading floor and real estate brokerage communities.

Michael Goldman, executive vice president of Studley, represented Poten in the long-term leasing transaction while senior vice president David B. Nevins represented managing agent, Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation.
