Presently, 1815 Griffin Road is over 90% leased to a prestigious roster of tenants that include Skanska USA Building Inc., a world-class construction services company, 180 Connect, Inc., a home integration services firm, and Hitachi Data Systems See HDS. , a worldwide leader in information technology.

In addition to the 775,000 square foot DCOTA complex, Cohen, who is known for his ability to successfully redevelop and creatively reposition commercial real estate, also owns the D&D (Decoration and Design) Building in New York City New York City: see New York, city.
