Helmsley-Spear, Inc. has co-brokered the sale of the Parc Lincoln Hotel at 66 W. 75th St., a sixteen-story apartment hotel in its first change of ownership in 60 years. The hotel has 240 apartments that will be upgraded as apartments become available.

Arthur Zuckerman, vice president of Helmsley-Spear, Inc. represented the seller and Adelaide Polsinelli, senior executive director of Besen & Associates, represented the purchaser.
