Cohen Financial licenses Precept Corp's operating infrastructure. (Technology: Update).

Precept's entire infrastructure, including its hardware, software, reference materials and process protocols will be integrated into Cohen Financial over the next several months. In addition, several key members of the Precept staff will join Cohen Financial as permanent employees. The move is expected to provide Cohen Financial with a competitive advantage in the marketplace, enabling the firm to grow its market share across its existing business lines as well as accelerate its ability to develop new ones.
