Cohen Financial Secures $11.67 Million in Financing for Two Industrial Properties near Chicago.

 Financial, a national real estate capital services firm, announced that it has secured $11.67 million in debt refinancing for two industrial buildings located in Forest View, Illinois Forest View is a blue-collar village in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 778 at the 2000 census. It is close to Chicago and has a large Slavic population. The village, however, is primarily industrial.  near Chicago's Midway airport. One of the properties is a single tenant building, and the other houses multiple industrial tenants. The two buildings consist of a total of 394,000 square-feet and are located at 5000 South Nagle Street.

The population was 31,365 at the 2000 census. Highland Park is one of several towns on the North Shore of Chicago characterized by its affluence. . Steve Roth, a Partner at Cohen Financial, originated the transaction which closed in October.
